My work explores how educators can use evidence to better understand learning, improve decision-making, and support meaningful change in schools.

Drawing on experiences as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, researcher, and evaluator, I focus on three interconnected areas:

Student Engagement with Feedback

Helping students move beyond receiving feedback to using it.

Storytelling with Education Data

Communicating data clearly so that it is understandable, meaningful, and actionable.

Learning Analytics

Using data from digital learning environments, assessments, and school systems to better understand and support learning.
